Full payment is to be made before I start working.

You can pay through PayPal (International) or PayNow (Sg only), & show me proof of transfer.

Artworks will be sketched first, then sent to you for changes. Once you're okay with it, I'll start the process & update you periodically.

Process generally take about 1-3 weeks.

A low-resolution sample will be sent to you for checking when I'm done.

If all is OK, I will send the completed artwork!

The prices listed are the basic rates, but depending on complexity & time limit (if any) it may become higher.

I prefer not to haggle or bargain.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request, & I am not obligated to provide a reason.

Unless due to emergencies, I will not issue a refund*.

As mentioned, I will provide updates periodically. I will not be held responsible for mistakes or changes that were not voiced out before the final version is completed.

Default canvas is 2000 x 2000 px, unless specially asked otherwise. Once completed I will send you the full-resolution via email.
*Refunds

Full refund if work has not started.

If you wish to cancel your commission, you will be refunded according to how much work has been done. You will receive what has been completed at the point of said refund.

I reserve the right to cancel & refund a commission at any time, with prior notice to you, due to poor communication, rude/ inappropriate behaviour, or any form of abuse.

Refund will be issued if the work cannot be finished by the mutually agreed deadline.
